  2. A supporting statement why you should be considered for a place in the Curtin UniReady program of about 200 words written in your editor of choice (i.e. Microsoft Word). You will get a chance to copy and paste it later into the form.
  3. Your school email address.
  4. An email address for either of your parent(s) / guardian(s).
